There seems a certain satisfaction in getting what you want.
However.
It is said that more satisfaction can be gained from the chase.
'The pleasures in the chase.' i believe is the phrase.
But.
Its not all the time things go your way.
You may come up short. (not a euphemism.)
Miss an opportunity.
Or you just might not have the strength.
You may think you want something.
But sometimes.
Just sometimes.
Your not missing out at all.
You may just come across something you want or even need.
Only the next day.
